Unforeseen Events Disclaimer
Sometimes due to an unforeseen circumstances (accident, theft, etc.) the Rental Manager will be unable to provide the vehicle pursuant to the rental booking. Renter agrees to hold the Rental Manager harmless from any responsibility for being unable to provide the vehicle due to external conditions outside the control of the Rental Manager. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, the Rental Manager will try their best to provide the renter with a replacement vehicle or a full refund.
