Schedule SERVICE

Use this form to schedule upgrades, warranty service, or repairs.

Location: West Fargo, ND
(All out-of-warranty service is billed at $125/hr.)

Prepping your van for service:

  • Depending on where the work is performed. Remove, or move bedding clean out any cupboards, remove gear garage items.

  • Remove all water, fresh and gray. If we are working on a water system we will add water. 

  • Clean out toilet, please remove waste.

  • Disclaimer: Not responsible for any damage done to personal items we had to move to perform a service. 

  • Please bring van with at least a half of a tank of fuel, for heater service and for test drives.

  • Try to charge the van’s power system batteries to 100%.

  • If van has been sitting in winter conditions, please warm up the van and batteries before coming if possible (Batteries need to be 50 degrees to trouble shoot and power devices).

  • Run the van through a wash if you can.
