Initial Consult

Every van is custom based on your wish list for layout, features, and aesthetic design. Once you contact us, we will set up an initial Zoom call or in-person meeting at Vanna, lasting 30-90 minutes. This allows us to gather the information we need to get started on providing a ballpark estimate for your van conversion and to begin visualizing your build.

Van Design Meeting

Once we’ve gone through the initial consult, we create and deliver a custom 3D rendering of your van based on your vision, along with a detailed quote. In the design meeting we will decide the colors and finishes in your van, finalize the layout and cabinetry, and add or remove components that you’ve dreamed up since our initial meeting. After the meeting, 3D renderings will then go through several revisions until it looks perfect.

Schedule Production

Once you’ve signed of on the final design, we coordinate your build timeline based on a first-sign, first-serve basis. Lead times can vary throughout the year and we will come up with a plan together. If you don’t yet have a chassis for your build, we will assist in finding and arranging delivery to our shop in West Fargo, ND. Anticipate a 2-3 month build time from the time your van enters our shop. Good things take time! We’re happy to provide updates and photos as your build progresses.

van Pick-Up

Your van is done! Today’s the day. Upon pickup we will have a thorough walk through and orientation of your van lasting around 2 hours. Here we can show you all the components and functions of your van. Our goal is to send you off prepared and educated, along with a custom user manual for your custom van. Congrats! You are now part of the Vanna Vans community, and we’ll be here to assist with anything you need down the road, from warranty work to upgrades.
